'. ¿Quién es Inxs? Inxs surgió en Australia, cuando los tres hermanos Farriss, Tim, Andrew y Jon, se unieron ara crear una banda. A este proyecto se les uniría Michael Hutchence como cantante, Kirk Pengilly en el saxofón y Garry Beers en el bajo. De esta manera quedaba configurado el grupo, aunque por aquel entonces comenzó llamándose The Farriss Brothers. En 1978 la banda atraviesa Australia hasta la ciudad de Perth, donde el grupo pasa varios meses escribiendo y componiendo temas, además de ofrecer conciertos en hoteles y locales pequeños. Tras regresar a Sydney un año después, los The Farriss Brothers cambian su nombre por el de Inxs. Su primer concierto con ese nombre fue en el "Oceanview Hotel", en Toukley, y un año después publican sus dos primeros sencillos: "Simple Simon" y "We are the vegetables". En octubre de ese mismo año los Inxs publican su primer álbum, titulado "INXS", cuyo primer sencillo fue "Just Keep Walking".
